(Retail) Terms and Conditions:

1. All Mp4 products carry 3 month warranty (or otherwise stated); 3 year warranty for Hitachi hard disk.
2. No charge for player repair work performed within warranty period. (Buyer pay for delivery back to repair centre.)
3. Repair performed beyond warranty period will carry a service charge.
4. All returns (within 7 days) must be as new and restocking fee of NZ/AU$50 per unit will apply.
5. We have the right to charge service for repair not related manufacturing defects.
