All communications are done primarily through e-mail or via our forum system. (E-mail address not published to avoid spams) Physcial address and contact phone number maybe provided via e-mail to customers wanting to pick-up.

If you do not receive any reply from us within 24hr, please check your spam folder or sent us another e-mail (and make sure you put in the correct e-mail address) or message me (Eric) directly using our Forum messaging system or post the question on our forum. In case of invalid e-mail address provided, etc, it will also help us to contact you if you can provide your contact phone number and/or mobile number as well.

For purchase, we recommend that you order through our online store. Alternatively, use the form below and please state the capacity, product model, optional accessories you are after and the country you are from. At the moment, we only have local delivery for New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong, ie other countries will be international delivery.

When returning device for warranty claim, we recommend that you request warranty return through our online ordering system or please notify us via e-mail first before sending it in and remember to include a note describing the fault, your return address and the date of purchase. (Non-notifed return may not be dealed with.)
